Food storage and handling
Your grazing box or platter will be made on the day of delivery or collection. Our products are best eaten on the day received. On receipt please keep refrigerated (8 degrees or cooler) and they will last up to 48 hours. We recommend removing from the fridge 15-30 minutes beforehand to eat at the perfect temperature. If products are to be left out on display at room temperature they should be disposed of after 4 hours to comply with UK Food Safety standards. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food after this time. Serve food in a cool environment and out of direct sunlight. Once delivery/collection of the food has been made, you/your recipient becomes responsible for the grazing box/platter and should follow the guidance above.
